Hours

The petroglyphs are open from dawn until dusk, April 1st through November 30th.

Winter seasonal closing is December 1st through March 31st.

Parking

Free parking is available in the designated parking lot. Please do not park anywhere else.

Groups

To manage visitation levels and ensure the most enjoyable experience for all, if you would like to visit the petroglyphs with a group of 15 people or more, you are required to send us a message in advance to request permission. Please use our contact form.

Directions

From Vernal, at the intersection of 500 West and Main, take Hwy 121 to Maeser. Continue to 3500 West (Dry Fork Canyon Rd) and turn right, traveling north. Drive 12.5 miles to the McConkie Ranch Rd. where you will see a big sign for the Petroglyphs. Turn right at the sign and follow the road to the parking area.
